Installation of trados 2022. Error.

I have Windows 10 installed on my laptop. I've tried many times to install Trados 2022, but always get the same error message:

Error message from Trados 2022 installer with a red X icon. Text reads: An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeats, please generate a debug log (usually found in C:ProgramDataTradosChainerLogs) and contact technical support. SuiteLoadException: Error reading the suite file, 'C:ProgramDataPackage CacheTradosTradosStudio2022TradosStudio.Suite'. OK button is visible at the bottom right.

I cannot even install the programm.

Could you please help me?
