Generated activation certificate fails to upload

Question

Hello, 
 I'm using a License Server to manage 3 users. I recently purchased an Trados Pro 2021 to 2024 upgrade. I also upgraded to the latest version of the License Server (18.0.179). 
 I have created from my account a activation certificate (3 licenses), using the required criterias. When I "Add Feature" on my server, I get a message indicating that "2 out of 2 licenses could not be added to the MyServer server". 
 I do not see anything new under "Subnet Servers", no added license for ProfessionalEdition 2024, even just 1 license. 
 
 Would you please be kind to help me fixing this issue?
