License alledgedly activated, but isn't - need help to activate Trados 2015 upgrade

Hi!

I am a bit desperate right now, hopefully somebody can help me?

So, I upgraded my Trados Studio 2014 to 2015 this week. I didn't deactivate Studio 2014, just installed the upgrade.
When I tried to enter the license key from my Trados account in the activation window in Studio 2015, it first told me that the activation was not possible yet, because the key was not valid YET. So I waited a day, tried it again, now I was told, that I don't have any licenses left.

I thought this might be a problem with not having deactivated Studio 2014 before. I found it still on my computer, so I deactivated it. But still, Studio 2015 could not be activated. Then I tried to re-activate 2014, since I NEED to work with it and was told that there were no licenses left. So now I basically have two trial versions on my computer, cannot deactivate the Studio 2015 license, since it is a trial version and I cannot generate a deactivation certificate with it.

What can I do?

    The first thing would be to not worry.  The trial license for 2015 is a full blown Professional license, so you should have all the functionality you need for a month.  The next thing is that in order to resolve your license issue you will need to contact support.  If you do this now you might still get somoeone there, but if not they will resolve it for you on Monday.

    Go to the Knowledgebase;

    Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here;

    Licensing Problems

    - I use SDL Trados Studio 2015 / SDL Passolo 2015

    -- I need to have my license reset

    Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
