I need a help with recoveirng my license for TS 2021 after crash my computer.
I don't see my license on RWS Account so I can't deactivate my license code im my account.
How can I resolve this problem?

Do you have an order number for the license?
I'm afraid I cannot find a license with the email address you used in Community.

I don't have order numer (or I need more time to find it), only number of license.

The license activation code does not help to identify the account - please search for the order - it should contain the order number and also the email that is linked to the license.
