I could not reset license of 2021 freelance.
What I wanted is uninstalling the Trados, reset the license and a fresh start following a range of issues with the Trados.
I have done reset license through my Trados account and it shows available.
But when I try to reinstall it, it does not ask for license credentials and works as if it never been reset.
Please help.
