Trados 2021 SP2 Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' could not be started

I have Studio 2021, no issues ever. I tried to install the Juremy plugin, which did not work. I then thought I'd install service pack 2, as I had never installed it. After that, error message: 

Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' could not be started

I tried to repair, uninstall, even a system recovery (the latter did not work due to other programs, Dropbox) so a systemrestore is not possible. Everything mentioned in the support articles. 

Not sure what to do now - as I have a deadline to meet.

    At the momentI can open Studio again.

    But now I cannot access the Project settings of a World server project.  it says "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"

    - uninstall and install 2021 SP2, but I found another version (16.2.10.9305)

    - (no luck)

    - rename the files AND remove Juremy plugin (which I found in the same directory in the folder "16"

    - remove the plugin Juremy in th add-ins list in Trados.

    - But now I cannot access the Project settings of a World server project.  it says "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation". With local projects no issues.


    So I do not know whether I have to undo the renaming?
