I can't activate my Trados Studio 2019 Freelance license

I have a freelance Plus license, my PC crashed and I had to restablish the system. When I reinstalled Trados Studio 2019 I can't activate my. license. I have two users but it appers just one available and the two are disactivated. I've tried to activate it online and offline but appears an error and the license appears as activated but it is not. I've done the Reset two times but I still can't activate he license.
