I hope you are doing well. I’m writing because I’m experiencing an issue with my license for Trados Studio 2022 Freelance (Single User). I am unable to locate the “Reset License” option in the portal, so I cannot deactivate/reset the license as required.
Here are my details:
• License key / ID: xxxx
• Product: Trados Studio 2022 Freelance
• Users in use: 1
• Available users: 0

I have a Freelance Single User license and believe I should be able to use the self‑service reset option, but it does not appear in my account. Could you please help me with the following:

Confirm whether my license is eligible for the self‑service “Reset License” option.

Please enable me how I can reset the license myself.

Please assist me with manual reset of the license so I can reactivate it on another machine.
