Unable to activate my SDL Trados Studio 2015 license on a new computer

Hello Elisa,

I cannot activate my SDL Trados Studio 2015 Professional license on a new computer.
The old activation portal is no longer available, and although I attempted to deactivate the license on my previous machine, the process fails due to an SSL/TLS error.

The license was originally registered under a .ru e-mail address, which may fall under current restrictions.
I permanently reside outside Russia, and I can provide proof of residence if required.

Could you please confirm the correct e-mail address where I should send the documentation needed to review my case?

    Thank you very much for your prompt reply and for the instructions you shared.

    Unfortunately, I am unable to sign in to my RWS account page. When I follow the link provided in the Knowledge Base article, I am redirected to a page stating that the resource has been removed or is temporarily unavailable, and the login page never loads.

    Because of this issue, I cannot access my account, nor can I reach the section where I am supposed to deactivate my existing SDL Trados Studio 2015 license on the old computer.

    It does not seem impossible that this login problem may be related to the fact that my license was originally registered under a .ru e-mail address, which may be affected by current restrictions.

    Could you please forward this case to the appropriate RWS technical team so they can restore access to my account or advise on an alternative procedure for deactivation and activation?

    Once access is restored, I will follow the recommended steps immediately.
