I cannot activate my SDL Trados Studio 2015 Professional license on a new computer.
The old activation portal is no longer available, and although I attempted to deactivate the license on my previous machine, the process fails due to an SSL/TLS error.
The license was originally registered under a .ru e-mail address, which may fall under current restrictions.
I permanently reside outside Russia, and I can provide proof of residence if required.
Could you please confirm the correct e-mail address where I should send the documentation needed to review my case?
