Thank you for your help. A special character in my computer name may have led to the generation of an incorrect activation code. Following our exchanges, I renamed my computer and generated a separate activation ID using the Wechoid application ( I had to download it). I then used it this newly generated ID to activate my version of Studio 2024 using the offline activation mode.

In my situation, the article that provided the successful solution was this one : gateway.rws.com/csm

I hope this can help other users facing similar issues. You may consider a way to avoid generating incorrect activation codes for peole with accents or special characters in their names or in their computer names. People in the translation industry are likely to use such names.
