I bought a new computer and deactivated the licence on my old computer to be able to work on the new one but nothing works…
I tried offline activation, but it doesn't work (error messages: error id 21050 + The specified lock code is invalid.)
I had to reset my licence, as it was "in use" in my account, yet impossible to access ?
I then tried online activation, and got the same error ID (21050).
it is really upsetting as I have several ongoing projects.
Could you help me please?
