Hi, my laptop crashed yesterday, so I borrowed one. I was surprised that after downloading SDL Studio 2015, it worked right away. So now that my own laptop is fixed, I want to use Studio 2015 on it again without any delays. How do I do that?

Hi Carmen, 
 Just deactivate the license from the borrowed laptop, then install Studio and activate it on your own. If you can't because the license has been used too many times without returning it then log a support ticket via the solution finder and the team will reset the license for you. Go to the Knowledgebase; 
 Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here;

 Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
