I am trying to transfer my Trados Studio 2019 license to a new computer, but the activation keeps failing.
I get an error message saying that it can't connect to the activation server.
Could you please force-reset the license on your end?
Thank you

Do you have Win11 installed on your new PC? If yes, you need to follow these steps before activating the license offline: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
After this workaround, please try to activate your license offline as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
