Hello everyone
I want to deactivate SDL Trados Studio 2021.
When I try to deactivate online, I get an error message like the one in image 1 every time.
When I try offline deactivation, I get the error message in image 2 when I enter the “Offline deactivation” code from my license page.
Mu full version: Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338
What should I do next?
