I received a renewal quote for Trados Studio 2022 Freelance 12 month subscription and paid it successfully a week ago, but the new renewal details show the same expiry date as the current subscription.
My current subscription will expire on January 6th. I even got a new quote with higher cost earlier today, which I assume the system might detect that I don't have a newer renewal order.
May someone kindly help with it? Thank you.
