Hi,
I am a Trados 2021 user. My previous computer broke, so I downloaded and installed Trados on a new computer. However, when I try to activate my single-user license, I receive the following error:
"Activation failed. The specified lock code is invalid."
I have already used the License Reset function three times, but the issue persists. Since the reset limit is three times, I am now unsure how to proceed. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
