I have SDL Trados Studio 2015 Professional (Network SN).
After entering the licence code, I got an error message and my software remained unlicensed, even though on my SDL account it says the licence is in use.
Can you guys deactivate the licence so I can try again? Maybe it will work this time, or at least I can write down the error I received.

You mention that you have a "network license". So, I guess that the license code you are referring to is the license code used to activate the license server and not the Studio client.
You need to enter this license code in the "SDL License Server Manager". This software also shows you which licenses are activated and how many seats you have.
What happens when you try to activate using the license code?
