After entering the licence code, I got an error message and my software remained unlicensed

I have SDL Trados Studio 2015 Professional (Network SN).

After entering the licence code, I got an error message and my software remained unlicensed, even though on my SDL account it says the licence is in use.

Can you guys deactivate the licence so I can try again? Maybe it will work this time, or at least I can write down the error I received.
