Trados Studio 2019 licence offline deactivation failed

I tried to perform an offline deactivation of a Trados Studio 2019 licence. This failed. How can I proceed?

    Have you already tried the online activation? If you have access to the PC, this can be done from the Trados software, Help - Product activation.

    If you do not have access to your PC, please reset from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx

    Please wait 30 minutes before reactivating. The activation procedure is described in this article:  05.4 Activating the Trados software after downloading and installing

    Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately the deactivation process still does not function: I still get the same error message.
