Trados Studio 2019 - 403 error when activating license

I have one Trados Studio 2019 license available, which I want to activate on a new device. When I attempt to do so, I get the following 403 error:

Error message in Spanish stating activation error. Unable to connect to activation server. Remote server error: (403) Forbidden. Includes an 'Aceptar' button.
