Carla Araujo  opened another thread earlier, describing the exact same issue.  A support ticket (CS0038206) was logged for her, please ask her to reply to the email for that support ticket. 

You can also ask your IT to do the following: go on the licensing server > open Safenet License Manager (WlmAdmin) > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server name and send me a screenshot. 

This will help to see if the Passolo license is still activated on the server and if it needs to be reset.

Thanks for your swift reply.

Actually, I used Carla's account thinking I had no account but turns out I had one. Since Carla left our company, there is no way for me to check the email notification sent by RWS team.

Is it possible to close the other thread, keep this one opened and use my account email address from now on?
