When opening Passolo 2022, I have the following error message:

When clicking Product Activation, I have the following error message:

What I tried:
- Reboot my laptop.
- Uninstall and reinstall Passolo 2022.
- Reaching out to the IT team to check the license status and it's still activated.
Should we try resetting our license?
