I own SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus.
After a sudden upgrade/desktop format, my second activation seems to be missing.
My account shows only one user in use.
Could you please help me restore the second activation included in Freelance Plus?
This issue affects my production workflow as I need to work on two machines in parallel.

Please try to reset one of the activations online, from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:
Please note you need to wait 30 minutes before you can activate on your new PC. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please let me know and I will raise a ticket with the technical team.
