Missing second activation – Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus

Hello,

I own SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus.
After a sudden upgrade/desktop format, my second activation seems to be missing.
My account shows only one user in use.

Could you please help me restore the second activation included in Freelance Plus?

This issue affects my production workflow as I need to work on two machines in parallel.

    As you can see yourself in your RWS account, both your activations are In Use, none of the two is missing and the license type you own is a Plus one.

    If, for example, you changed computers because the old one no longer worked and Trados was active on that old one, then that activation fulfilment remained registered in the system as active, because the license was not deactivated or reset at the time.

    My colleague advised you to reset one of the two - which is going to free one of the activation fulfilments.

    You just need to follow the steps indicated to reset it and to select the one you think it's not the activation you are currently using. We cannot verify that, the system is going to show you the dates when the activation fulfilments were used last and you need to select to one closer to the date when you remember installing it on the laptop.
