Need to deativate the license for my Trados Studio 2021

Question

Hello! 
 My system crashed and I need to buy a new computer. I wasn't able to load Trados and I asked for help here and my case was analyzed by a very nice gentleman called Mihail Popescu. Case number CS0041386. I need to get a computer that runs Windows 11 and I also need to deactivate my Trados 2021 license from my old machine. I tried deactivating it off line, but I get this error:

 I need help. My Trados crashed a full week ago and need to fix this situation so that I can go back to work.
