I was advised by Anca Stoian to post here so that a case can be submitted to the technical licensing team.
I need to move my Trados Studio 2024 license from my old PC to my new PC.
My old PC is still available, but I cannot deactivate the license despite repeated attempts.
I carefully followed the manual instructions, but deactivation still fails.
In addition, I can no longer use the self-service reset option because the reset limit has already been exceeded.
Could a moderator please submit a case to the technical licensing team and help release/reset my license?
