I am using 3 licenses for Trados 2022.
I have deactivated all licenses from every PCs.
However, it;s still showing that 2 out of 3 licenses are still being used.
I also tried to deactivate the license online, but it's not working.

I'm planning to upgarde 2022 to 2024, but as I cannot deactivate all 3 licenses, we cannot proceed upgrading.
Please reset the licenses for 2022.
