Where do I log a ticket?

Where do I log a ticket? I need to urgently talk to a technician about installing Trados and find it very hard to navigate this website and to get in touch with anyone for help. I was told by customer service I need to make a post here first

  •  I'm trying to install a license provided from a translation agency. I have removed any previous versions. I still get a notification saying I have other versions installed on my laptop and therefore can't install it. I search for SDL Trados to see if there is anywhere on my laptop I missed deleting it, but can't find anything. 
    My question is: How do I find the previous versions so I can delete them completely and install the new one?
    Links on how to do the installation doesn't help me in this case, as this is not the issue I'm having. Appreciate your help, thanks.
