2. Do my files remain on my computer permanently?
When using the desktop version, your files are saved locally on your computer, not within the Trados program itself. For the online version, files are stored in the cloud, and you would need to export them if you’d like to keep a local copy on your PC.

3. How well does it manage projects/files/TMs from Trados Studio 2019?
Files from Trados Studio 2019 are supported and can be opened, allowing you to continue working on them. 4. How much does Language Weaver cost, and is it included? Does it work like DeepL API?
With the Freelance subscription (available on a monthly or annual plan), you always have access to the latest version of Trados Studio. The subscription also includes cloud capabilities, MultiTerm, and Language Weaver (a free plan is included, offering up to 6 million characters per year). Language Weaver can automatically provide machine translation suggestions when no matches are found in your translation memories, and please note that does not require an API key such as Deepl or others MTs.
