Cannot activate Subscription license

Question

I was working as usual, when I got an error that I have reached my maximum number of simultaneous activations allowed. So it throws me out and closes Trados. 
 
 I have a freelance subscription license and I am using version 2024 only. 
 
 I have no other Trados instances running on my PC. 
 
 I am in the middle of a project, please could someone help?
