URGENT: Activation limit reached – manual reset required

Question

Hello,

I am unable to activate my Trados Studio 2024 license due to the following error:

"Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations: 1"

I have already tried:
- Logging out and back in
- Changing my password
- Using the self-service reset option (limit reached)

Currently, I cannot use Trados at all and this is blocking my work.

Could someone from RWS please manually reset my license activation?

The issue affecting the Trados Subscription Licensing has now been resolved. 
 
 Our technical team has implemented a fix and services are operating normally. We will continue to monitor the system closely to ensure stability.
