When I launched Trados, license was automatically deactivated. I checked my account and it is displayed that the license is still in use
I reset my license and tried to activate again, but it wasn't successful.

It seems the license is still in use. Could you kindly deactivate it? I still get the error below and cannot activate the license.

The technical team emailed you and since you did not reply, they closed the previous case.
I have opened a new one, kindly check your mailbox and reply to the team when they write to either confirm if this is solved or to let them not it wasn't so they can investigate more.
