There is currently a system outage that is affecting the Studio Subscription service. 

Our subscription system is currently experiencing some intermittent issues and we apologize for the inconvenience.  

The issue is being treated as a top priority. An update will be provided as soon as we receive further information from our technical team.

Having a system that blocks you during work because a web service is not working correctly is completely nuts. I think a more relaxed check would be appreciated.
