Licencing

I kindly ask for your assistance. I had issues with Windows and had to reinstall it. During the process, I deactivated and activated Trados several times. It turned out that this can only be done 3 times per year (I wasn’t aware of that).

Now, on my account I can see that the license is in use, and I cannot deactivate it from the account. The following message appears: “You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team.”

Does this mean that Trados is blocked for an entire year? I am still using Trados on the same computer.

I kindly ask for help with unlocking the license.

  • Thank you very much for opening the support case for me.

I appreciate your help. I would like to add that I am unable to use my Trados license at the moment because the system shows it as active, even though I am still working on the same computer. The license cannot be deactivated on my side due to the reset limit being reached.

This issue is preventing me from continuing my work, so I kindly ask for the license to be unlocked or reset as soon as possible.

Thank you again for your assistance. I will be waiting for further contact regarding Case ID: CS0046698.

    Kind regards, Leszek Nowak
