license reactivation

Hello,

I have a permanent licence to Trados Studio since I first bought the program back in 2009. I had a licence for 2 computers (desktop and laptop). My laptop recently crashed, with no possibility for me to deactivate the licence beforehand. I have tried to reactivate the licence on my new laptop, deactivating the licence on the desktop and now I have no functioning licence on either device!! And no possibility to contact your company for direct assistance!! Please let me know what I should do to be able to use the program both on my desktop and on my laptop. And as soon as possible as I am unable to use the program on either of the devices.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I have been able to activate the program license on my desktop, which is a relief. But I still cannot activate the same licence on my laptop, as my 1 + 1 license appears as activated. I cannot do any operation on my previous laptop which crashed more than one month ago. And I definitely need to be able to use Trados Studio also on my laptop when I am travelling or working from outside my office. Cannot you do anything on your side so that both occurrences of the license do not appear as activated and I can then activate it also on my laptop?
