I cannot deactivate my Studio 2024 licence on my old ( and extremely slow!) laptop. I keep getting the message "There are multiple instances of this application running."

I am trying to deactivate online my Trados Studio 2024 licence on my old (and very-very slow) laptop.

I keep getting the message "There are multiple instances of this application running."

I want to reactivate my Trados Studio 2024 on my new laptop. 

I cannot restart my old laptop as it takes me 20 minutes (or even more) to open.

Can you help?
