Trados 2024 Online - Cannot deactivate

Hello,

I have a subscription to Trados 2024, but when I open Trados, the product activation screen comes up.

When I press the "activate" button on the "Subscription" tab, the error message comes up:

"Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations '1' for your subscription. Deactivate other Studio instances or consider upgrading your subscription.

I have no other studio instances open.

I need you to manually deactivate.
