Can you please tell me what happens when trying to activate? Did they try to activate it as subscription?
Or what is happening?

Thank you for you prompt reply.
Customer installed Trados software on one of their systems and when tried to activate it, it failed, tried to activate it by clicking on ‘subscription’.
and when clicked on the sign in option in subscription, a blank page appeared.
