I have a new computer and finally managed to deactivate my license offline on my old computer after several attempts. I now need to activate it on my new computer, but keep getting error messages (see image).
I really need this to work, so any advice would be appreciated.
Please try a Trados reset, following the steps from Workaround 2 - Repairing your installation of Trados Studio - RWS Customer Support, and please let me know if works.
