AutoSuggest creator

Question

Hello and sorry for my English. 
 I bought AutoSuggest Creator add-on a month after buying Studio 15 and can't get it started. Even the bottom "create AutoSuggest dictionnary" stay gray. Any ideas?

Hi Katja, 
I checked your account and see that Autosuggest is indeed part of your Studio 2015 license and has been since July. 
Is this a sudden issue- where the AutoSuggest does not work? 
If you could open Studio for me - Home/HELP/License deactivation- deactivate license. 
Then close Studio- wait for 20 minutes (access your SDL online account/licenses)- restart Studio then copy and paste the activation code you will see next to Studio 2015. 
This im sure will resolve the issue.
