Studio 2017 License in use, none available, after deactivation

I am having problems with my Studio 2017 license.
 
I tried to deactivate my license for Studio 2017 on my desktop to put on my laptop, as I will be traveling this weekend. It seemed to work fine, as Studio 2017 on my desktop now requests the activation code.

However, the license page of my SDL account states the license is being used, and none available, and therefore I cannot use it on my laptop, nor put it back on my desktop.

I tried also the offline deactivation option, but neither installations of Studio 2017 (on the desktop or the laptop) have the license to be deactivated.
 
 
How can I "free-up" my license so I can use it on the laptop?
