I haven’t used my 2024 Trados for several months, and when I opened it recently, all of my previous projects were gone, and all of my termbases had disappeared as well. I can still see the name of one of the termbases, but when I tried to enable it, a warning message popped up saying: “Could not connect to the ‘xxx’ termbase, so you cannot use it for recognition.”
