Cannot open TMs after upgrade

We upgraded from CU9 to CU10 last night and this morning we now cannot open or download any of our TMs.

In SDL Groupshare UI, we get the error message: TM task status: Failed. Task id: b45f3066-73b8-4ec6-ac47-b6ac968f9712

In Trados Studio, we get: "An error has occurred while using the translation provider XXX: One or more errors occurred."

Any help is appreciated.

  • Great that you solved it! The error in the TMService log files is actually rather explicit - the Studio and the website error are indeed not great.

    Further, the question is of course why the update script was not applied in the first place, for the log files that you attached, it seems that GroupShare was thinking the CU10 was already installed ("Install mode sniffed as Maintenance").

    Is it possible that the installation was started before - but did not finish for some reason?
