Problems with Passolo 2015 after saving the file.

Question

I was wondering if anyone can help with this customer Passolo issue. They are using Passolo 2015 and very recently they are having problems after saving files. In one instance they saved the file and upon reopening it all of the translated segments had been reverted back to the source, so they&rsquo;d lost the translation. 
 In a second instance they saved the file in the evening and then went to open it in the morning but got an error message saying the file is in an unknown data format and they cannot open the file. 
 The error message is attached regarding the second instance (although it's in German). 
 Has anyone else got experience of this? Did you find any solutions?

Hi Laura, 
for the first problem, verify if the file is not read only or you have the right on a network to modify the file. 
 
For the problem 2, the disk can be compress mode? 
Copy the file on a usb key also . 
The next morning try the file on your disk and try the one on the usb to see if a process in the night modify your file.
