SDL Passolo Professional Edition 2016 - Excel parser cannot be loaded with error "Requested feature is not available"

Hello everyone, 
 I am trying to load the Excel Parser to SDL Passolo Professional Edition 2016 version 16.0.380.0. I have MS Office 365 ProPlus verze 16.0.7967.2161 installed on my pc, I use Windows 10 Enterprise. When I try to load the parser I receive an error "Requested feature is not available". 
 Is the Excel Parser a native part of the SDL Passolo 2016 installation or does it need to be purchased separately? Could you please tell, what does this error mean?

The Excel parser is a separate feature included in the Database Addin and needs to be purchased separately.
