The Passolo Excel parser doesn't pick up all strings in the file. If there are many empty rows in the middle, only the first set of populated rows is parsed. How can I get it to parse all of the strings?

This is by design. In the settings you can setup the starting row but as Excel sheets grow from update to update there is no end row that can be inserted. When there are more than 20 empty rows the import process stops automatically. So delete some empty rows.
