How do I open a .tbulic11 file using Passolo 2016 Professional Edition?

I am new in SDL Passolo.

I have a project which is in .tbulic11 format.

I want to open that in SDL Passolo 2016 Professional Edition

But It is opening in read-only mode means I can not do any changes in that.

It gives following warning:

" Project_Name.tbulic11 contains data in format of SDL Passolo 2011. Opening in read-only mode. "

Please help.

This is not possible. Newer Passolo versions have different data structures. When it would be possible to open the tbulic11 in Passolo 2016 the file would be converted. Then your client is not able to import back the translated tbulic11. Please use the corresponding Passolo 2011 Translator Edition which can be downloaded at www.sdl.com/.../translator-edition.html
