Passolo 2016 unable to import translation with errorcode:-1

Question

Hello,

I am using Passolo 2016.
I exported an Passolo xml file and had it translated, but I failed to import it back.
It only shows "ERROR - Error processing import/export file. Errorcode: -1"
Is there anything wrong with my file? (I've checked for the file format and language code and they are all correct.)
Please help.

I would suggest to look compare the encoding of the exported XML file with the encoding of the imported XML file. This may cause the issue and saving the translated XML file in the right encoding will solve the problem.
