Seeking Collaboration Edition 2016 user input on workflow.  We are a new Passolo user and just implementing with Collaboration Edition.  We are trying to establish the workflow of bundle transfer between 3 type users: Passolo Collaboration Edition user, SDL for initial translation of new source strings, and the Translator's Edition user for translation validation. 

Is there a way for SDL translation of new strings to happen at the same time the validator is validating previously translated strings using the same bundle? 

If the answer is 'no', does it mean that the validators cannot work while we await SDL translation work? 

Also, what is the timing for synchronization of each type user?

Has anyone ever experienced synchronization overwriting the bundle on the ftp server?
